Reservations and Payments

1. Reservation Policy:

• Reservations can be made through our website, by Email/phone, or in person at the hotel.

Reservations/bookings can be made by the Guest who are eighteen (18) years old or over. If the Guest arrives at the hotel and are less than eighteen (18) years of age then such Guest will not be permitted to stay alone.

Reservations/bookings made for five (5) or more rooms will be treated as a group reservation/booking. If the Guest cancels such group reservation/booking or reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms required within seven (7) days of the arrival date, we will not refund any money paid by the Guest to us. Subject to availability and payment, you may add any additional night(s) to any group /reservation/ booking (after the dates of the original group reservation/booking) at the rate for the room(s) at the time you make the amendment.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in, which commences at 13:00 local time on the date of stay. Unless otherwise mentioned on the reservation/booking voucher, all room nights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged 1 nights penalty.

We reserve the right to charge an advance, where applicable, on confirmation of a reservation. If the payment is not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the reservation/bookings without liability and forfeit the advance if any paid. Where an advance is required, payment can be settled by major credit card or in the event where no credit card is available, settlement in cash is necessary to facilitate the reservation/booking procedures.

The Guest is responsible and liable for all the reservation/bookings and agrees to comply with these terms of reservation/bookings.

2. Payment Policy:

• Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI and cash.

GST:

• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

If the Guest need a GST Invoice, then the Guest must confirm the GST number for billing, at the time of check in. GST number once provided will not be changed after check in. We shall not be liable or indemnify for any loss that the Guest may incur, due to his/her/its failure to intimate correct GST details.

Check-In and Check-Out

All foreign Guests must provide passport with a valid Visa and all domestic Guests must provide photo identification with proof of address, at the time of check in for the legal compliance by the Hotel.

The Guest can check in from 01.00 pm on the scheduled date of arrival. Any early check-in requires the Guest to discuss in person with the Hotel team. This service is subject to availability and on additional charges, and Check out timing as per hotel policy is 12 pm, Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in, which commences at 01:00 pm local time on the date of stay. Unless otherwise mentioned on the reservation/booking voucher, all room nights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged 1 nights penalty.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.

Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

If you cancel your Group Booking or reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms required within 10 days of your arrival date, we will not refund any money you have paid to us.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Reservations marked as non-refundable are subject to a full charge at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.

No Show Policy

The entire booking will be charged at 100% if no cancellation or amendments are made by the final booking date.

Guest Responsibilities

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.

Money, jewellery and other valuables must be placed in the in-room safe. Management will not be responsible for any loss. You agree to be personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay part or full amount of charges incurred by you.

As a policy we do not allow visitors to go to the guest rooms. This is only to ensure the safety and security of our guests.

Any damage to property will attract charges. Any activities prohibited by judicial law will not be entertained – Prostitution / Drugs / etc. If you are sharing a room, you agree that your stay is with mutual consent among you and your roommate.

Hotel Responsibilities

1. Room Availability:

• We will make every effort to provide the room type and special requests as reserved. However, room assignments are subject to availability.

2. Safety and Security:

• The hotel takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of guests in premises.

• The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.

Use of Facilities

1. Common Areas:

• Guests are welcome to use common areas and facilities such as the dining options, Business center and other facilities available in hotel on chargeable basis.

2. Parking:

• Free and Safe parking is available Hotel Basement for hotel guests.

Privacy Policy

• Your use of our website and hotel services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

• The Dritan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
