Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in, which commences at 01:00 pm local time on the date of stay. Unless otherwise mentioned on the reservation/booking voucher, all room nights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged 1 nights penalty.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.
If you cancel your Group Booking or reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms required within 10 days of your arrival date, we will not refund any money you have paid to us.
Non-Refundable Reservations: Reservations marked as non-refundable are subject to a full charge at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
No Show Policy
The entire booking will be charged at 100% if no cancellation or amendments are made by the final booking date.
Early Departure
Guests who check out earlier than the confirmed departure date will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation.
Modification to Reservation
Changes to reservation dates or guest names must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Depending on availability and rate differences, additional charges may apply. Please contact our reservations team directly to discuss modifications.
Special Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government travel restrictions, The Dritan will provide a full refund or allow modifications to the reservation, as per the situation and availability.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
